Yes. Every item is individually hand-painted by our artists. No printing, no mass production. Each piece is a one-of-a-kind work of art.
π¨ Can I request custom designs or names?
Absolutely. We offer personalized options, such as hand-painting your name, initials, or a special motif.
Note: Custom orders require full payment upfront and are non-refundable once production begins.
𧴠What materials do you use?
We use vegetable-tanned genuine leather, which is natural, biodegradable, and safe for everyday use. It also ages beautifully over time, developing a rich patina.
π‘οΈ How durable are the products? Will the paint fade or peel?
Each layer of paint is sealed and protected with a special topcoat to ensure long-lasting color. However, as with all hand-painted leather, gentle use and proper care are key.

Yes, we proudly ship worldwide. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Customs/duties may apply depending on your country.
π¬ Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
You may cancel or request changes within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, production will begin and changes are no longer possible.
π‘ How do I take care of my SaigonCraft leather item?
Keep it away from water, oils, or alcohol-based liquids. Wipe gently with a dry cloth. Avoid strong friction or sharp objects that could damage the painted surface.
π Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes! We offer eco-friendly gift packaging. You can also leave a personal message, and weβll handwrite it for free on a card.
